Sr Exec/Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
Title: Sr Exec/Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
Department: Consumer Electronics –Channel Sales
Reports to: Branch Manager
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Works towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
Responsibilities:
• Set up the sales and service dealer network and generating business through them.
• Render assistance in designing product promotion schemes, advertising & product launch.
• Perform monthly / annual forecasting.
• Closely monitor monthly performance against plan and proactively identify solutions to close performance gaps, if any.
• Involvement in improving the brand visibility on counters & outdoors by using marketing budget
• Actively participate in arranging marketing activities like road shows, van display & exhibition etc
• Identify new market and create awareness about new product, new models launch in market
• Responsible for designing and executing sales promotion activities
• Identify and analyze competitors market strategies and new business opportunities
Job Specifications:
• Excellent communication skills, aggressive, proven sales track record,
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Sap working knowledge preferred.
• MBA(full-time) + 1-5 yrs channel sales experience or graduate (full-time) + 3-6 yrs channel sales experience
• Less than 29 yrs of age
• Consumer electronic or FMCG industry background
