When it comes to advancing women, “I worry more about complacency than everything else,” Anne M. Mulcahy, the current chairman and former CEO of Xerox, told attendees at a March 24 luncheon at the 2010 Catalyst Awards Conference here. But at the end of the day, “we need to focus on results” rather than efforts, she said.
