Adil is Group President – HR at Essar Group, which is present in 20 countries across five continents, employs 70,000 people, and has revenues of USD 20 billion.
Prior to Essar, he was Senior VP – HR (South - West Asia) with Coca-Cola for 11 years.
Adil is a trained facilitator and a certified trainer having done extensive work in the areas of HR, Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development in multicultural business environments with large multinational corporations and Indian organizations.
Syed Ali Abbas, Executive Director- HR, Asia Pacific, AT&T
As Executive Director - Human Resources for AT&T in the Asia Pacific region, Abbas provides strategic direction to the company on people and organization-related issues across 14 countries. In the eleven years he has been with AT&T, Abbas has served in increasingly larger HR roles and led or participated in various Business and HR global projects and strategic initiatives for the organization.
Abbas has over 13 years of experience in HR. Before joining AT&T, he held operational HR and Business positions at KPMG, Genpact and Catvision Products. A graduate from Delhi University, Abbas holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analysis, with a major in Strategic Management, from Lancaster University, UK.

Nishchae is Managing Director for Mercer’s consulting business in India. He partners with clients in achieving business success through people transformation. Nishchae has over 15 years experience working with large global and Indian multinationals in more than 25 countries leading and executing large projects in the areas of leadership development, talent management and rewards.
Prior to joining Mercer, Nishchae was associated with the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) as a founding member and President. He was also a Global Partner with Hewitt Associates and held a number of strategic leadership roles in the consulting business both in India and in other parts of the Asia Pacific region.
Anita Ramachandran, Founder, Cerebrus Consultants
Anita is one of the leading Human Resources Consultants in the country and is well known for her work in Compensation and HR strategy. She founded Cerebrus Consultants, a well known national HR consulting firm in 1995. Cerebrus does work for over 100 companies each year including a large number of multinationals. She earlier had a twenty year career with A.F. Ferguson’s Management Consultancy division, where she was a Director. Anita is an Independent Director on the Board of several companies including Godrej & Boyce, UTI and HCL Infosystems.

Pradeep has over 26 years of experience in HRM and OD in various multinational and Indian organizations spanning IT, finance and manufacturing industries. Jayaram K. Iyer, Associate Professor at the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Loyola College, Chennai
Jayaram, Associate Professor at the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Loyola College, Chennai, has over 20 years of rich and diverse international industry and academic experience. He teaches Research Methods, Business, Marketing and HR Analytics, and Social Media Marketing. He is a visiting faculty for many other MBA schools including XLRI and more recently IIT-Madras. Jayaram is also the Chairperson of Corporate Communications and Conference Director of the Insight series.
Trained in math modeling for management, he leverages his knowledge of quantitative methods in diverse consulting assignments. He is also an active trainer with several customized training modules in the area of analytics. Academically, Jayaram’s primary interests are in Analytics as applied to management. He is an avid researcher with several research projects underway, in addition to publications in recognized international journals.
