Gaurav Ahluwalia, Senior Vice President- Human Resources, HSBC Technology and Services India
As Senior Vice President – Human Resources, India for HSBC Technology and Services – Service Delivery, Gaurav heads the Human Resource function for the organization in India and is responsible for ~ 20,000 employees. He is in the process of bringing consistency in application of HR tools, devising a common policy framework and leveraging scale for economies in HR related costs, using an interesting blend of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. From a functional HR perspective, Gaurav leads the employee engagement piece for the business across five countries and recently co-championed the roll out of a uniform performance management system.
In a career spanning 14 years in the field of Human Resources, including over eight with HSBC, he has been associated with leading organizations and has had the benefit of working in sunrise industries in India and abroad.

Uday Khedkar, Co-Founder, Life Learning Solutions
In 2001, Uday founded Life Learning Solutions with Atul Jog to help individuals and organizations address leadership and change from a root level transformation perspective. He is a leading Facilitator, Executive Coach and a member of McKinsey & Company’s global network of transformational facilitators. In his corporate journey of 10 years,  Uday worked in some challenging sales and marketing assignments in premier Indian and Multinational organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Arvind Brands and Sony Music before his last assignment as the Head - Training and Development for the retail lending arm of ICICI Bank (PFS), India’s largest private sector bank.

Mohinish Sinha, Director, Hay Group India
Mohinish is a Director with Hay Group. He works with clients to identify and address their needs for organizational transformations, change and learning by helping turn their business strategies into the results they desire. As a consultant with close to 20 years of experience, Mohinish has developed core expertise in Organization Transformations and Change Strategy, Leadership Development and coaching, setting up and assessing Learning functions. He has consulted with clients, including private sector, multinationals, non-profits and government entities in 14 countries. Mohinish is also a leadership coach and has coached and facilitated hundreds of senior and top management executives both, internationally and within India.

Aroon Joshi, Executive Coach
An experienced Human Resource and Organizational Development Professional, Aroon currently offers Executive Coaching to Senior Management in several industries. In a career of over 48 years, he has worked in different capacities for organizations as varied as Burmah Shell, Cadbury India and the RPG Group, served as visiting faculty at leading academic institutions and been an advisor to a number of organizations in different sectors, including NGOs. Aroon is the Founder and Professional Member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Fellow of the Coaching Foundation of India.
