Over 25 yrs of work experience ,Makarand Khatavkar is the Managing Director & Head of Human Resources for Deutsche Bank Group in India with overall responsibility for managing the Human Resource function for Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Private Wealth Management, Asset Management and Global Market Center in India.

Has held Senior Leadership roles with JM Morgan Stanley and DSPMerrill Lynch.An alumnus of TISS with Masters degree in Human Resources and holds a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. An accredited coach  from  ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from International Coaching Federation (ICF) and BCC (Board Certified Coach) from Centre for Credentialing & Education (CCE), U.S.A.

Expertise in Change Management, Appreciative Inquiry and Executive & Leadership coaching. Makarand is also on the Advisory Board of Symbiosis School of Banking Management, Pune.
