Dr. Schiemann currently serves on the board of the HR Certification Institute, and the Seton Hall Law School Advisory Board.  Formerly held the positions of Chairman of the SHRM Foundation and President of the New Jersey Human Resource Planning Group.  A Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Fellow and was recently named a SIOP Scholar. Also a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the Stuart School at Illinois Institute of Technology.
