T.S. Babu has done his Masters in HR, Bachelors in Law and Post Graduate diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development. He is a certified assessor for PCMM, Business Excellence (TQM), competency modeling. and lean management.

He has worked in BHEL, Inabling Technologies, SPI Technologies, Lanco Group as Group Vice President-HR, Suzlon Energy as Head of HR, Larsen & Toubro as Head of HR(EPC-Power) and is presently working as Senior Vice President-HR with SEW Infrastructure Ltd.
