She has 24 years of experience in human relations, management consulting and organizational development having previously worked with Rockwell Collins India, Tata Business Support Services, Wipro Technologies, Symbiosis Institute of Management, IIM-Ahmedabad and Tata Consultancy Services. Her overseas experience includes a 3 year tenure with Northern Ireland Housing Corporation followed by a stint with the BBC; both in Ireland, UK.
