Mr Jagat Rathore is an Organization Development professional who focuses on Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Change Management, Organization Culture Change, and Whole system Transformation.

He has created and custom designe various business simulations around Change Management and Orgnization Culture to suit specific client needs. Over the last 10 years, he has worked with clients across industry sectors including Manufacturing, Media, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Financial Institutions, IT, infrastructure, FMCG, BPO/KPO and Consulting.

Mr. Anshumal Dikshit is a graduate in Psychology  and an MBA from  Lucknow.

He carries a comprehensive experience in Human Resources management across HR strategy creation and implementation, talent acquisition,  organization development, building and sustaining employee engagement, delivering process improvements through six sigma, setting up and administration of HR policies and systems, and competency based HR systems .  

He has also worked on driving change management initiatives, employee counseling for improved productivity and negotiation and communication for better business outcomes. 

He has worked across diverse organizations including Citigroup, The Oberoi Group and Videocon 

He has been working with Patni Computers since 2009 and has been actively involved with the merger post the acquisition by iGATE in 2011 – he is currently the Head HR for the BPO business of iGate.

In the recent past he has worked on driving and managing integration post a merger.


Mr. Mayur Chatuvedi. Currently designated as Director HR&Admin, with Zimmer India Limited, Mayur has 14 years of diverse industry experience in FMCG, Textiles & Medical Devices industry. During this period, he has worked for brands like Tata Tea Limited, SAB Miller India, Pepsico India.

He is a Commerce Graduate from Lucknow University and a PGDBM, from IPM, Lucknow. and also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from XLRI (Jameshdpur).
