Mr. Dev is a graduate in Chemistry from Ramjas College, Delhi University and Master in Human Resources & Organizational Development (MHROD) from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. He is a certified Balanced Scorecard professional from Carlton Advanced Management Institute ( CAMI ), USA & Thomas (DISC) Profiling Professional from Thomas International. Currently perusing Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD.

He has a total of 8+ years of experience in HR and has worked with reputed companies like TATA Infomedia and SRL Ranbaxy Ltd. Currently he is working with Videocon Industries Ltd as Head HR -North India ( AGM)

His core area of expertise Includes, Strategic Business HR, Performance Management, Training & Development and Reward & Recognition strategy.
He was awarded with the prestigious “Videocon Young Leader Award” in 2010.

He is on the corporate advisory board of G.L. Bajaj Institute of Tech and Mgmt, Gr Noida, and core committee member of National HRD, Delhi Chapter, and 2009-2010.
