Udayan Dutt, Director-HR, Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd
Udayan is currently Director-HR, Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd. As the Head of the HR Function and a member of the Board, he is responsible for formulating the HR Strategy and leading the function in all areas of HR including Talent Acquisition and Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition, Manpower Productivity, Employee Welfare, Engagement and HR Service Delivery. Earlier, Udayan was the General Manager-Reward, South Asia for Unilever and led the Reward Function for over five years.
Prior to joining Unilever, Udayan has worked at Hewitt Associates (now AonHewitt) in various capacities across both its Consulting and Outsourcing businesses. Udayan has over 10 years experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits including his first stint with Sasken Communication Technologies as the Head of Remuneration.
Udayan is a certified assessor and administrator of the MBTI©, Firo-B©, and TKI© instruments. He currently lives with his family in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
