Dr Tanuja Sharma is Faculty Member-Performance Management System and Compensation Management at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Tanuja has contributed to teaching, training, consulting and research in Performance Management System and Compensation Management at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and SSCBS, Delhi University. Tanuja is a Member, Ad-Hoc Task Force (ATF) for Results-Framework Document (RFD) Performance Management cell, GOI, Member, sub-group -9 on Human Resources Development and Capacity Building, Ministry of Power GOI for formulation of 12th & 13th five year plan and member, committee for the development of industry lead Standards for complaints management in organizations, a CII & QCI initiative. Tanuja is published in leading academic journals and books and has presented research papers at national and international Seminars and Conferences. Her areas of interest include Performance Management Systems, Compensation Management, Service Quality, and CSR.
