In a career spanning three decades, Sabitha has worked extensively in Human Resources covering both consulting and line HR. She is Director, Cerebrus Consultants and Head of its operations in the South of India. Sabitha works across the entire supply chain of people. She covers a wide range of industries ranging from engineering, Information Technology and Not-for-Profits. Her specialist areas include Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Team Training, Change Management and Human Resource processes. She has traveled widely in Asia and has worked on consulting assignments across a cross section of sectors. In addition to India, Sabitha has also worked extensively in Sri Lanka.
