An SHRM India-MTHR Global Workshop based on the Strengths Appproach to Career Development
The Strengths Approach, arising out of research most prominently done by Gallup, has been steadily gaining prominence over the past few years in the areas of employee engagement, leadership training and performance management. This approach helps career development professionals identify values, skills, and abilities related to professional sphere; to generate options about how professionals could fit into workplace, and to strategize about how to achieve their goals. The event will be see an innovative use of story telling, an international film and interactive workshop as methodologies of self development.
