Dr Tanaya Mishra, Chief People Officer, ACC Concrete
Dr. Tanaya Mishra is currently Chief People Officer with ACC Concrete Ltd (Holcim Group of Companies).  Prior to this, she was the Head of Human Resources with Shoppers Stop Ltd.  Her other assignments have been Head of HR State Bank of India Life Insurance and Director HR Group M.  Dr Mishra has a PhD in Manpower Planning, a post graduate degree in Human Resources, a post graduate degree from the Delhi School of Economics, LLB and a degree in Training & Development. She has been awarded the most outstanding Young HR Professional for 2008-09 by HRD network in November 2008 and was awarded the HR Leadership Award in the 3rd Employer Branding Awards 2008-09.

Dr Aneeta Madhok, Director, Open Spaces Consulting
Dr. Aneeta Madhok is Director at Open Spaces Consulting in Mumbai, India. She qualified with an honors degree in Psychology from Delhi University and MBA in HRD from XLRI, Jamshedpur, followed by a PhD in Managerial Leadership from Punjab University in Chandigarh India. She is a Certified Management Consultant and a Master Trainer for the ‘Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) Certification’ for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is a Myers-Briggs consultant practitioner certified by Consulting Psychologists Press and adept in the Thomas International, and Belbin Team Roles, behavioral and aptitude assessment applications. Her corporate career in India spanned over 12 years. Her area of experience and expertise is in Human Resource and Organizational Development with special focus on Performance Management Systems Behavioural Skills Training, Personnel Assessment, HRD Systems Design and Improvement.

Dr Anita Bandyopadhyay, Vice President, L&D, Piramal Healthcare
Anita Bandyopadhyay is the Vice President – Learning & Development at Piramal Group. She currently spends her time on Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement interventions, building leadership pipeline and training for all the Piramal Group companies. Anita brings a rare combination of academic rigor (spent over seven years as an academician with S P Jain Institute and Welingkar Institute) and corporate experience to the table.
