Bengaluru Forum -on behalf of SHRM India - is organising a Special Event on Saturday, April 24th, 2010 from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm at the ITC Windsor Manor, Bengaluru.
The purpose of the SHRM India forum is to support the advancement of the professional development specifically for the HR practitioner in India. This may manifest by building knowledge communities, creating knowledge resources and encouraging knowledge networking, offering professional development programs, mentoring opportunities, conducting joint research and through many more avenues.
The SHRM India Bengaluru Forum has developed one such unique knowledge avenue titled ‘Learning Stations’. These learning centers involve a group of HR professionals coming together at a round table discussion facilitated by Subject Matter Experts to brainstorm and thereby develop on key HR functional areas such as Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and more.
The learning stations are especially recommended for HR practitioners with work experience of 7 to 8 years, who would like to gain a broader understanding of specific HR domains.
The event will see Learning Station discussions on three functional areas: Learning and Development; Employee Engagement and Compensation and Benefits.
