Chinese Business Market Proves Challenging for HR Professionals

HR professionals whose companies are considering expansion to China can expect a regulatory environment that changes like an ocean-battered seascape and a hiring-compensation landscape as complex as the country itself. Despite those challenges, however, there is growing American determination to plug into the ever-increasing business opportunities behind the Great Wall.
