Certification Preparation

HR certification is a career-long commitment that shows your peers, your employees and your organization that you have mastered the core HR principles and that you are dedicated to staying current in your profession.

To become certified, you must meet strict professional experience and educational requirements before taking the exam. To remain certified, you must recertify every three years to make sure that you stay current in the HR profession.

You display your certification by putting the credentials after your name: PHR, SPHR, or GPHR

Preparing for the Exam,

SHRM recommends the SHRM Learning System® and the SHRM Global Learning System®, which are comprehensive professional development programs and PHR®/SPHR® and GPHR® exam preparation programs. This proven self-study program combines printed workbooks, software to test and apply learning and online resource centre to access the most up-to-date content.

*** The cost is inclusive of the learning system and taxes. "SHRM India shall inform the participants about certification preparation classes schedule 3 weeks in advance. However, SHRM India reserves the right to cancel the class without citing any reason. Participants shall be informed 7 days in advance about the cancellation. SHRM India shall refund fees paid net of tax and membership charges (non-member)".
(One year internet membership is only applicable to new members and is valid until 31st December 2011)
