The Chennai Forum Meet held in July 2011, focused on Executive Coaching. Ganesh Chella, the founder of Totus Consulting, a human resources consulting firm, and the vice chairman of Executive and Business Coaching Foundation of India, shared with the group the need for Executive Coaching and its growing recognition in India as a tool to manage transition of senior management. He shared his experiences of coaching and some case studies to illustrate his talk.
